I have been assigned the task to find the best business intelligence reporting tool for our company. We are downloading many different trial versions of business intelligence software in search of one that fits our needs perfectly. Some of our biggest needs at the moment include performance management and being able to represent this data graphically by using data visualization software. We have come across numerous companies none fulfilled our needs as well as Actuate. Their trial download business intelligence reporting software has been very easy to use. I am a junior report developer and I find creating reports to be very straight forward. Also, converting that data into high quality visual charts has been extremely easy as well. We are still trying out other companies free downloadable trial versions and plan on evaluating majority of the BI vendors in the market before coming to any decision.
